Thoughts: Day two, got to continue eating right and detox from December’s off/on swings. Isn’t it scary how ONE month of somewhat dubious eating can do to one’s body, not to mention mental attitude? I took some full body bikini shots today and was disgusted at how flabby my stomach looked! A total result of over indulging in crappy carbs. Well, no more! Time to hit it hard and get myself ready for the summer again.
