Thoughts: Today was my first day back at work after 6 glorious days off. I packed and planned rather well, incorporating a lot of snacks to keep me going throughout the day. Work had been my downfall in December because I failed to bring in packed lunches, but that will definitely change this year. I’m also planning on doing the 3 mile WATP right after I get home. I MUST AND WILL DO IT.
