Thoughts: Yesterday was a little tough mid-afternoon when the hungry munchies set in — I managed to hang strong though. It didn’t help that Co-Worker-John brought in leftover homemade Christmas cookies. I resisted them all though!!! AND I jogged a mile on the treadmill immedately after I got home. Woot! Although it feels a little difficult sometimes (especially the late night hunger pangs), I feel so much better when I wake up in the morning and my body does not have that bloated yucky feeling. It’s all about being in control. Do not forget this!
