Thoughts: I am “suffering” through major PMS right now, aka the “I can eat a horse and still ask for seconds.” phase. I keep craving carbs carbs carbs. It is seriously driving me mad because it makes me think crazy stuff, wondering if I have a major problem with food and will never be able to feel full. But from the past, I know that this will eventually pass once my period arrives. At least I dragged my butt out of bed this morning and went to the gym for a 45 minute total body toning class. That made me feel a little better about my currently bloated body. Speaking of that, I don’t think I will have a good WI on Tuesday because of all the PMS water retention. That’s just going to suck because it’s my first official weigh in for the new year. But whatever, I guess. It could be a lot worse. I could’ve been stuffing my face senselessly instead of tracking every single bite and being accountable.
