Thoughts: Ugh, I BINGED tonight after I got home from work. I was tired, cranky, in a sugar-low, and had a headache to boot. Instead of having a sensible meal and taking tylenol, then calling it a night…. I just went crazy and ate a bunch of crap in the fridge. Ugh Ugh plan to come tomorrow.
