Thoughts: Ugh I don’t know if it’s my period or what, but I’ve had a bad headache since Saturday night. I took some Midol and went to the mall for a few hours earlier though. After 1.5 hour of getting some errands done, I was starting to feel a little weak and in a sugar-low, so I went to Subway and got my planned lunch. It helped a little bit, but as I ate, my body progressively kept feeling weaker. My hands were shaking and I felt very faint. I didn’t know what to do, and the only thing I could think of was to get something sweet to eat to help boost up my energy. I was so torn because I didn’t want to go off my planned menu, bleh. But I just couldn’t stand it anymore because I didn’t think I would have enough energy/focus to drive home unless I got some more sugar/carbs. So I wound up buying cookies at the foodcourt. I ate 1.5 of it and tossed the rest [as to not tempt myself later]. It made me feel a bit better, enough to sustain my energy to get home. Now I’m home and still feel really crappy. :(
