Snack
1 – Blackberries
2 – Granola Bar

Dinner
5 – Spring Mix w/ Gargonzola, SF/FF dressing

Holiday Party
2 – Light Corona (I actually only drank a little more than half the bottle)
0 – Celery/Red Pepper Sticks
3 – Grilled Chicken
4 – Cheese Cubes
2 – A few bites of a soft pretzel
3 – Roast Beef
1 – Grilled vegetables (counting a point for oil)

30 – Total Points

12/35 – Flex Points Used

Water: 60oz
Thoughts: Did eat more than intended at the holiday party, but overall was not OVERKILL. I made good decisions, minus the few bites of the soft pretzel. Counted for everything, tabulated my flexies, and moving forward! Too bad I don’t get APs for walking constantly around all night and being on my feet for 6 hours straight!
