Had to work on Sunday, so I couldn’t take photos of my food throughout the day. Here’s everything (plus more) packed… yes I bring a lot of food!! But I like to be prepared, rather than get tempted to order out if I get hungry.

Breakfast: Shredded wheat w/ soy milk + diced banana
Snack: Persimmon
Snack: Summer Muesli
Lunch: sliced steak w/ whole wheat couscous + side of corn
Snack: Morningstar veggie patty
Dinner: Core hamburger helper (leftovers)
Snack: Mango

Exercise: 30 minutes of walk&jog
