2008 – A Year of Eating Right and Exercise!

Monday – COMPLETE

I don’t know why but I am SO sleepy today! I fell asleep last night at around 9pm and didn’t wake up this morning until 10am. Did 8 min abs, had my breakfast, browsed the internet a bit, and then fell asleep again until 2pm! The rest of the day passed by in a blur, but let’s say it was not a very productive day. I stuck to eating core foods and did some moderate exercises though.


Breakfast: Shredded wheat w/ soy milk + diced banana
The creamines of the soy milk with the sweetness of the banana really made this a delish breakfast. Totally forgot how filling shredded wheat could be!


Lunch: Whole Wheat Couscous w/ Morningstar Garden Veggie Patty + Side of Corn, Tomato Basil Soup

Snack: Mango


Dinner: Leftover hamburger helper, Salad w/ ff Italian dressing
Added some extra mustard to the pasta for a bit of a zing!


Snack: Cherry “Ice Cream” (my puree of frozen cherries)
