Thoughts: I’ve been staying up really late and wreaking havoc on my sleep habits again. Must get out of this awful rhythm. At least, because I’m sleeping late, I’m missing out on breakfast. And so I haven’t even dipped into my FPs! The scale has me slowly going down, and I still feel much better physically & mentally more ‘trim.’ My body is still flabby but at least it’s not that feeling like I am just bursting out everywhere. Also drinking lots of water, so I never feel dehydrated (esp from eating junk).
