			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><br /><p>I don&#8217;t know why but I am SO sleepy today! I fell asleep last night at around 9pm and didn&#8217;t wake up this morning until 10am. Did 8 min abs, had my breakfast, browsed the internet a bit, and then fell asleep again until 2pm! The rest of the day passed by in a blur, but let&#8217;s say it was not a very productive day.  I stuck to eating core foods and did some moderate exercises though.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><br /><p>I overslept (again) and missed the morning gym class.  Normally that would result in me just throwing in the towel for the rest of the day, but I decided to eat breakfast, and then just go and use the equipment at the gym.  For some reason, I just can never motivate myself enough to go to the gym for any other purpose aside from the classes.  I guess because with the aerobic classes, you HAVE to keep up or look like a schmuck.  Whereas on the machines, I often slack and just get off whenever I feel &#8220;tired.&#8221;</p>
<p>Anyway, I went and did 45 minutes on the elliptical, then 25 minutes on the bike.  Whew, that left me exhausted.  I burnt only around 300 calories though because I didn&#8217;t set the resistance very high.  My heartrate was in the right target zone though.  That&#8217;s one thing about being at a lower weight now &#8212; to get any real results, I have to really really push it hardcore.  Whereas in the past, any kind of movement was fine and dandy.  That&#8217;s the frustrating part because I&#8217;m generally a very lazy person&#8230; just gotta keep telling myself, <b>&#8220;When you play, play hard.&#8221;</b></p>

<p><i>*I really loved the Hamburger Helper Recipe.  I made it as healthy as I could&#8230; it really is reminiscent of the boxed version, except a lot better!</i></p>
<p><i>1 lb. 93% lean ground beef<br />
1 med onion, chopped<br />
2 cloves garlic, minced<br />
3.5 cups of low sodium ff beef broth<br />
Whole wheat pasta (I used a bag of trader joe&#8217;s rotini)<br />
3/4 c. ff sour cream<br />
3/4 t. mustard<br />
salt and pepper to taste</i></p>
<p><i>Brown the beef along with the onion and garlic. Drain any fat. Add the beef broth and the pasta, cover, bring to a boil, and simmer at a med. boil for 15 min (or until pasta is cooked). Turn the heat down to low, and stir in sour cream and mustard.</i></p>
<p>And to end this random entry&#8230; here&#8217;s my Hello Kitty &#8220;massager&#8221; that cousin Diana brought back from her Japan trip.  I asked her for some weird Japanese souvenirs and she brought back this classic, hah!  Love it!!!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><br /><p>I&#8217;ve been slacking a lot in eating right and exercising.  Finally realized that aside from &#8220;general health,&#8221; I did not have any tangible goals set &#8230; which had previously always given me a lot of focus and drive.  So let&#8217;s see, psycho brother&#8217;s wedding is April 19th.  That&#8217;s <b>65</b> days away (including today).  And since we don&#8217;t get along, I have absolutely no responsibilities at the wedding (ie, no setting up, no being the camera person, etc).  I get to just show up and ENJOY&#8230; especially the open bar, bwahah.  Also plan on taking coworker Chris R. as my date too.  So I wanna look hot at the wedding since it&#8217;s a big family affair and I just love making my relatives bite their tongues from the years of calling me ugly and fat.</p>
<p>For the next couple months, I will try to post my daily menus/exercise.  Exercise goal is about 2500 minutes in 65 days, which is ~40 minutes of exercise everyday.  Pretty do-able.</p>

Bowl of Lentil soup &#8230; guess my lunch was not that filling bc I was rather hungry at this point and had this unplanned soup.  It was way too filling though and put me to sleep, causing me to oversleep and miss my gym class =(</p>

Pan fried steak, roasted potatoes (w/ rosemary, EVOO + garlic salt), and salad with fat-free Thousand Island dressing</p>

Cherry &#8220;Ice Cream&#8221; &#8230; it&#8217;s just frozen cherries w/ a dash of water (didn&#8217;t have any milk left) + splenda, then blended.  I was pretty satisfied from dinner, but I have a sore (or something) at the back of my mouth and wanted something cold to alleviate it.</p>
<p>Oh and by the way, since everyone kept mocking me about my usage of paperplates, look&#8230;I am using real plates now!!!!  Happy now?? :p</p>
